At Ropera Collective, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a fair and simple return process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

As many of our products are made-to-order, we encourage customers to carefully review size charts and product details before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

Subject to stock availability, we will process an exchange for the requested size or item. If the product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [EMAIL ADDRESS].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ropera Collective will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For size exchanges or customer preference returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
